Ohmygod, whatttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt.

I've been coloring this all day, and it was fun...zors.

You know, it's funny, I love how the hair highlights came out, but the way I drew the hair made it impossible to color. Well, impossible to color GOOD, anyways.

What, Latia? Another girl looking into the distance? Another siginifigant red balloon? You're losing your touch.

This flows beautifully, and there isn't much to complain about.

However, the design is a bit simplistic, mostly around her dress.

The clouds came out wonderful! and the sky so blue and beautiful. The hair, indeed, the highlights, look good and everythign has a certain flow to it.

The only thing I see is the water. Yes, noticed you didnt have fun doing it, I guess, just make the water a bit clearer? a bit see through? but i mean everythin else looks good. : D its a cute drawing too.

The idea is that the water is sort of see-through, only distorted, so that's why you can (sort of) see her legs. But I guess it's not ver clear (lol, puns)

omg, this is awesome.
The only problem I can see that hasn't been pointed out already is that the shading is a little inconsistent. For example, on the girl's left arm, it looks like the light source is to the left or above, and when you look at the right arm, it looks like its coming from the right.

And I lovelovelove that balloon. It's not too transparent, and not transparent all over. Her hair is awesome too. :meow:

AH I just saw that her arms are behind her back. XD The shading looks fine then. *slaps my forehead for not noticing earlier*

It's supposed to be coming from directly above, so all the shadows cast downward, but....I don't know, I'm not very good at shading. XD
